Jena refuses to starve herself to get thin, despite accusations from online bullies. After a troll ordered her to "go eat a cheeseburger," she did. "Not so rare footage of me eating a cheeseburger," she captioned an Instagram story of herself chowing down. She also revealed during an Instagram Q&A that she and her man "get down on McDonalds."
Jena has to sweat to maintain her figure. She works out with Olivia Figueroa, a Florida based trainer. "I try to do 3x per week," she responded to a fan when asked about her workout routine, which is HIIT focused.
Jena spends most of the year in Jupiter, Florida where she lives with Brooks. However the two make time to hit the slopes during the winter months. "I love you snow much," she captioned this photo taken from one of their ski trips in Big Sky, Montana. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. It isn't all restriction for Jena when it comes to diet. She has one (not-so) guilty pleasure, Krispy Kreme doughnuts. "One of her hidden talents is the ability to eat an entire box of Krispy Kreme doughnuts in one sitting," the bio on Jena's website reads.
Jena, who shares a dog with her husband, goes for a lot of walks. Why should you take a walk? "No morning blues here π ready for the official @oneoneswim shoot!" she captioned an Instagram of herself enjoying a morning cup of coffee in the tropics. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health.
